With a degree in agricultural engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique in Toulouse, France, Aurélie began her career as project manager with the Institut de l'Élevage, a corporation whose mission is to improve the grazing livestock supply chain's competitiveness in France. Aurélie has taken part in different projects, developing technical support and innovative solutions for goat and sheep breeders in the fields of food and genetics.

After discovering Québec during an agronomic training internship, it's in 2015 that she takes the plunge and decides to settle in "La Belle Province" on a more long-term basis. Different country, different life and different career. Aurélie has always been interested in nutrition, and she took the opportunity to join the Agri-Marché team, a Québec family business operating six feed mills for swine, poultry and ruminants feed in Québec and Ontario, and also operating swine and poultry breeding farms. Aurélie began working for Agri-Marché in 2016 as poultry and swine feed formulator. In 2018, she was in charge of swine nutrition, and specialized in this field. Aurélie prepares feeding programs to improve performance, and profitability for pork producers, supports the technical advisory team and recommends the best feeding solutions to help her clients reach their goals. She also participates in Agri-Marché's internal research and development activities, and is involved in several committees in collaboration with different stakeholders of the swine industry.
