If you provide the information about your feed restrictions on your registration form, we will do everything in our power to take the necessary measures for the meals, and a specific meal can be offered, if applicable. It’s possible, depending on the suppliers that we may not be able to meet that request, and you will be informed. Furthermore, if you have not included that information in advance and a change is required on site, you may have to pay an additional fee equal to the meal value. We invite you to let us know as soon as possible of any food allergies or intolerance.

*Please note that on-site registration is possible on the day of the event. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of meals.
As we incur a fee for each participant, no refunds are possible; only substitutions will be accepted after November 17. If you can be replaced, it will be our pleasure to modify your registration at no extra charge; please contact us.
The Porc Show organizers’ reserve the right to restrict access to the industry’s stakeholders that shares the same objectives as the organization.
All participants registered before November 17, 2023 will automatically be entered in the contest.
To ensure having a lunch and a place at the event, please register before December 1st, 2023.
Being an eco-friendly event, The Pork Show organization aims to reduce paper use. To do so, the Conference Proceedings will only be available in a colour downloadable version from the website a few days before the event. You will be able to save it for onsite use or to print it.
When the registration(s) will be completed on the website, each participant will receive an email confirming both registration and payment. This confirmation will be your official receipt, and no other one will be issued. Please make sure to save it.
