Holding a bachelor's degree in Bio-Agronomy from Laval University, Yves Garceau started working for Marcel Bérard Lté, later bought by Shurgain, then finally becoming Isoporc inc. First hired to manage the farrowing operations, he became responsible for the multiplication structure, mainly in Mauricie, Montérégie and Estrie.
In 2005, he changed employers and worked for 11 years with agricultural cooperatives as Sales Manager, then for Olymel for 5 years managing pig production structures.
For almost three years now, he has been working for the Éleveurs de porcs du Québec to move the industry forward.
