Pierrette Desrosiers, M.Ps., is an occupational psychologist, coach and speaker. The first in Canada to specialize in the agricultural sector, she has been helping business families combine performance and quality of life for more than 25 years. Born into a family of growers and also married to one, she knows the industry inside and out.
She has written several books on the topic of agriculture and collaborated on farming media platforms for the past 20 years, and currently writes columns for La Revue Holstein and Le Coopérateur agricole.
