Jean Brochu completed his studies in Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Université de Montréal in 1987.
He then worked in the dairy cattle and butchery field for 9 years in the Bois-Francs region.
He has been a practicing pork veterinarian since 1996 with the La Coop network, now Sollio Agriculture.
