Presentation of the evolution of pork consumption habits of Quebecers since 2019. In addition to getting a better understanding of the Quebec consumer in relation to meat, you will understand the changes in perception and their implications. You will be exposed to the place that pork meat is taking on the food scene and how to take advantage of it.

With a Bachelors in Business Administration from HEC Montreal, Danielle Vaillant has been working in the agri-food sector for more than 20 years. As a Brand Manager for LCC vins et spiritueux from 2008 to 2015, she also worked for Labatt Breweries for ten years in the sales and marketing departments. She joined the team at Éleveurs de porcs du Québec in 2015. Her experience reflects her great ability to develop close relationships with various suppliers and clients to maximize the benefits of the brands and products represented.

Senior Vice-President, Quebec and Eastern Canada, and General Manager Cossette Montréal

Sébastien has over 20 years of agency experience, and has been with Cossette from the beginning. He has a diverse background combining media planning and purchasing, strategic brand planning & consulting, interactive communication and integrated campaign development, and has worked with clients such as McDonald's Canada, Transat, Tourisme Montréal, General Motors, and Destination Canada.

Sébastien is known in the industry for his innovative thinking, leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit. As General Manager, he oversees the daily operations of Cossette’s Montreal office. He also plays a strategic role in the agency’s Eastern Canada operations.
